Seven Eagles Relocation, LLC ("Seven Eagles," "we," "our," "us") is a federally registered interstate household goods motor carrier headquartered in Denver, Colorado, operating the website seveneaglesrelocation.com.

When you request a quote, contact us, or interact with our website, we may collect the following categories of personally identifiable information ("PII"):

  • Identity: full name, business name (if applicable).
  • Contact: email address, mobile and landline telephone numbers.
  • Move details: origin and destination addresses or ZIP codes, planned move date, move size, list of household goods to be transported (inventory), special-handling items (antiques, art, electronics, pianos), and any access notes.
  • Communication content: the text of messages you send us via the website form, email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, time stamps, and pages viewed (collected by standard server logs and Google Analytics in anonymized form).
  • Payment: if you book a move, deposit and balance payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Prepare your moving quote, respond to inquiries, and coordinate your move (scheduling, crew dispatch, delivery updates).
  • Send service-related communication: quote follow-ups, move confirmations, on-the-road status updates, and post-move review requests.
  • Maintain records required of federally regulated motor carriers (FMCSA, USDOT) and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
  • Improve our website and services through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, or abuse of our website and systems.
  • Comply with subpoenas, court orders, regulatory inspections, and other legal obligations.

4. SMS, MMS, and Mobile Messaging Disclosure

If you provide a mobile phone number through our website or to one of our coordinators, we may send you text messages related to your quote, booking confirmation, scheduled crew arrival, and delivery status. You opt in to these messages by providing your phone number on a form that clearly says messages may be sent, or by texting us first.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Message frequency: varies based on the stage of your move (quote, scheduling, in-transit, delivery).
  • Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

  • Stopping messages will not prevent us from contacting you about an active move through other channels (phone call, email).

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for third-party marketing. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us operate (form processing via FormSubmit, email delivery, analytics, payment processing). These vendors are contractually bound to safeguard your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Government and regulatory agencies when required by law - FMCSA inspections, USDOT audits, Colorado PUC inquiries, IRS, court orders, or valid subpoenas.
  • Insurance carriers and claims processors if a claim is filed against your move.
  • No data brokers, no lead aggregators, no third-party advertising networks.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use only the essential cookies required for the site to function plus Google Analytics for aggregate, anonymized traffic insights. No personally identifying information is sent to Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.

7. Data Retention

  • Quote requests & contact submissions: retained 24 months, then purged.
  • Booked move records: retained 7 years to comply with federal motor-carrier record-keeping rules (49 CFR Part 379).
  • SMS opt-in records: retained 4 years to demonstrate consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • Financial records: retained per IRS minimums.
  • You may request earlier deletion of any data not subject to a legal retention requirement.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to federal and state law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to know: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correct: request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to delete: request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention rules.
  • Right to opt out: opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny service or charge different prices for exercising any of these rights.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA): you have additional rights including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, and the right to designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
