By cubic feet (the volume of your stuff), distance in miles, and any add-on services like full-pack or storage. We use a standard cube list to estimate volume from your move size, so the quote is real, not a guess. The number you see at quote is the number you pay at delivery.
Yes - fully refundable if you cancel more than 7 days before pickup. Inside 7 days, the deposit covers crew scheduling and is non-refundable. We'll always work with you on date changes.
We're a federally regulated interstate household-goods mover. Our USDOT and MC numbers are being issued now and will be listed on every written estimate and on our About page. You can verify any mover's status at fmcsa.dot.gov.
Binding means the price is locked in once you sign - whatever the final cube count, the dollar amount stands. Non-binding can change at delivery if the actual volume differs from the estimate, sometimes by a lot. We default to binding estimates so you know the final number up front.
Typically 3-7 days for West Coast routes. Denver to LA: 3-5 days. Denver to Seattle: 5-7 days. Denver to Austin: 3-5 days. Your dedicated coordinator gives you a delivery window with your quote, not just "sometime that month."
Yes - climate-controlled storage available, billed by the month. Useful when your closing date doesn't line up with your move-out, or you're between leases.
Federal law prohibits moving hazardous materials (paint, propane, ammunition, fireworks, aerosols, gas-powered tools with fuel), perishable food, and live animals. Some destination states restrict houseplants. We'll send a full list before pickup so there are no surprises on move day.
Yes. Boxes, paper, tape, bubble wrap, mattress bags, mirror cartons - sold separately, or included if you book full or partial packing services. We use new, sturdy materials, not recycled grocery store boxes.
Released-value protection (federally required) is included at $0.60/lb. Full-value protection is available at flat rate when you book. Claims filed within 9 months of delivery; we respond within 30 days per FMCSA regulations. We resolve issues quickly because reviews matter.
Yes. Military (active, reserve, veteran) and senior (65+) discounts available. Mention it on the quote form or to your coordinator and we'll apply it to your estimate.

For peak summer (May to September), 4-6 weeks ahead is ideal. Off-season (October to April), 2-3 weeks is usually fine. We do same-week moves when the calendar allows - just call.
